Request a Tutor

  • The tutoring staff will use your CCSNH email -- not your personal email -- for correspondence. Check your CCSNH email for messages from your tutor and other members of the tutoring department staff.
  • First and last name of your Program Advisor
  • Please state your degree or certificate program
  • This field is hidden when viewing the form
  • Based on tutor availability and campus hours.
  • The availability of one-on-one sessions can be limited and depends on tutor schedules. List all days and times you are available.
  • I understand that one-on-one sessions meet weekly and I am required to attend all sessions. I will provide my tutor with twenty-four hours of notice if I need to cancel or reschedule a session. I understand that if I do not attend two or more sessions and fail to provide my tutor with proper notice my tutoring sessions will be placed on hold until I meet with the tutor coordinator.
